To be a website master, I really would like to see several directories to list my websites, so that more traffic can be drawn. I also love to see if there are any link directory delicates to Anne Rice. I think it is much easier for her fans to find and read more information about her and her work. Several anne rice link directories have been born but died or abandoned in the end. It is a pity. Therefore, I am eager to create one on my own. Hope I can find a good script to manage it. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to write comments.

A new promotion banner of The Vampire Coven Online Resource Centre has been added at the bottom of the page. The images shown are the thumbnails of the uploaded resources including wallpapers, avatars, dolls and fanarts of Anne Rice’s work. The number of files will be updated automatically when there are new resources added to the database.

Please have a visit if you are interested in it.

Added a new section, fan stuff, for extra section. It mainly introduces the sister site, The Vampire Coven Online Resource Centre (TVCORC).

And I have just found that the link in the extra section is not correct, so also updated with correct links.

Finally, TVCORC, one of our sister sites has been back.

Just remind you if you have forgot what TVCORC is or you are the first-time visitor to this site. TVCORC is an online resource centre or library of any artwork including drawings, paintings, digital arts and designs or any other kinds of creations, by the fans of Anne Rice. You can freely view all the resources or become TVCORC member to enjoy download or even upload right.

Uploaded files have already been over 100. Actually this only is a small part of the whole database. Much more resources are coming.

Remember to visit TVCORC especially you are the fans of Anne Rice.

The Dark Heaven

The Dark Heaven has come back online now! It has been hacked on 25 Dec 2008 and made offline for over a year. It is the main site of the Coven Network. This site has been undergoing a major revamp no matter for the layout, but also for the content. The revamp has not yet been completed and much more information related to Anne Rice will be surely added later. Please have frequent visits at there.

The Dark Heaven

Actually, the new layout of The Dark Heaven was done several months ago but I have not yet finished the content editing. I think the content part only has been done about 10% of my target. Do you think I should re-open it first?

May be you do not remember what The Dark Heaven is for. It has been gone offline for a year after the hack of my websites. It is the website about The Vampire Chronicles of Anne Rice, including novels, movies and much more related content to this series.

So, I am still thinking re-open the site before finishing it. May be after editing the affiliate section of all my fanlistings? Still 4 fanlistings to go.

At last, I have reinstalled the affiliate management script and also checked for my previous affiliates. Too sad that many have gone offline, but nevermind, still many websites of Anne Rice are active. I hope these sites can keep alive forever as our beloved vampires!

Layout - Featuring Queen of the Damned

Actually it has been up in Mar 09, but I still think it is not so good and everytime when I see this layout, I just want to delete it from database.

What do you think? Do you like it?

For ideal case, I should design a new layout for replacement. But I don’t have time and idea at the moment unfortunately.

Drop Database Accidentally

I am so sorry that I have dropped the fanlisting database yesterday accidentally. I only can resume the database which is the snapshot before switching host. I think the members joined from mid Nov have been lost. So, if you cannot find your membership, please rejoin again.

Dark Heaven, Banner Exchange, Topsite & TVCORC

For my other sites of Anne Rice, here are the updates:

My main site, The Dark Heaven, is still under heavy-revamp.
The Vampire Coven Banner Exchange is up and active. I have removed those inactive members and added 2 new members. And later I will change to use phpsiteskin which is better than iframe to present layout.
About The Vampire Coven Topsite, I am quite sorry that I have given up the existing script and may construct a new one if I can find a secure script. For the previous topsite members, I will keep the statistics for future use. If you have any suggestions for new script, please feel free to leave comments.
TVCORC—The Vampire Coven Online Resource Centre. I am sorry again I have given up to use joomla to maintain the site. But I will keep the files for future usage. I have an idea to merge TVCORC with The Vampire Coven here but still not yet decided how to merge it. This mainly depends on which script I can find for files (download, preview and good indexing) management system. If you have any suggestions, please leave comments.

Sorry for being no update a long time. Since my sites including here were hacked last year and I have been busy in switching host recently.

If you are a frequent visitor to this site, you may know I have updated some pages but the more important is that more updates are coming soon. So, I reinstall the update blog and let you know the updates clearly. Besides, I re-activate the commenting system, hope the anti-spam can do its job. Then I can have more interactions with you.
